There was a time in my life when I was running — constantly. Not physically, but emotionally, spiritually, mentally. Running from one goal to the next, one mistake to another, always looking for the next rainbow on the horizon. The irony? I was doing it all while a storm raged inside me.
We spend so much of our lives chasing rainbows from inside storms of our own making. We create expectations that trap us, fears that freeze us, and guilt that grounds us. And then, bewildered, we wonder why we can’t see the beauty we’re running toward.
But what if the problem isn’t that the rainbow is elusive — but that we’re chasing it during a storm we refuse to face?
In the quiet moments — maybe during meditation, maybe in the middle of a breakdown — we begin to see the truth: the storm isn’t something to outrun. It’s something to understand.
Like all great transformations, this realization doesn’t happen with fanfare. It begins in stillness. In the silence between thoughts, in the breath you finally let yourself take.
We stop running.
We let the rain come. We sit in the grey. And something miraculous happens — the sun shines through. The clouds part. And suddenly, there it is. The rainbow. But it’s not out there, far off in some distant “someday.” It’s in us.
The rainbow is a reflection of our inner light hitting the droplets of our own lived experience. It’s our joy refracted through pain. Our clarity refracted through chaos.
And the biggest revelation? We were looking in the wrong place all along.
“Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.” — Carl Jung
This is the essence of Becoming Sigma — becoming the calm in your own storm, the sun in your own sky, the source of your own rainbow. Not because life becomes perfect, but because you become present.
So stop. Breathe. Look within.
The rainbow you seek is already waiting.
If you’re navigating your own storm right now — if you’re weary from chasing and ready to finally see — I’m here.
I’ve walked through the darkest seasons. I’ve felt the cold rain of grief, the thunder of doubt, and the fierce winds of identity crisis. And I’ve learned not only how to survive them… but how to shine through them. If you’re ready to find the stillness, the light, and ultimately, your own rainbow, let’s work together. It would be an honour to guide you through your own Becoming.
